Returns & Exchanges - No Questions Asked

You can initiate a return within 60 days. To be eligible, the following conditions apply:

• Your product is unopened and unused. Customer hygiene and safety are our top priorities, which is why we cannot accept returns on opened packages. If your package is still sealed, you can return it for a refund.
• A €5 restocking fee applies to returns.
• Please note that items purchased on sale are final and are not eligible for return.
• The customer is responsible for returning the item and covering shipping costs.
